Learn the Techniques of Stretching
and feel more comfortable in your body

About Anne

Here at Massage Well, your comfort and needs always come first.  After you've had your first session, you may have questions for me and I'd be happy to answer them.  Your next session can be completely different or exactly the same as your first!  I can work lighter or deeper based on your needs that day.  I can provide a full body for relaxation or focus more on one or more areas.  I can incorporate deep tissue neuromuscular techniques, orthopedic assessment skills, strain counterstrain techniques, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, stretching instruction, Reiki, Chi Gong, Acupressure, and other methods into your session.  These methods have been successful with clients suffering from injuries, chronic pain, headaches, asthma, anxiety, arthritis, headaches, depression, fibromyalgia, myofascitis, sciatica, neck pain, back pain, TMJ or jaw pain, and other discomforts!

I want to hear your preferences!  Together we can determine the best plan for your goals.
